Terrific experience; I put off learning to drive for much too long, but I passed my road test on the first try after 10 or so hours of instruction with Mr. Ish. Would highly recommend to other adult learners.
DC Star Driving School is a great driving school in D.C. I would recommend Mr.Teddy to beginner drivers. He is very professional and helpful. He taught me how to parallel park and other road rules to feel confident when driving. I passed my road test on the first try with a 91%. I'm very grateful for the learning experience.
This New Yorker FINALLY got her driver's license at 35! After failing a few times before, DC Star Driving School gave me the skills and confidence to pass my the road test. I'm so thankful that I took lessons with DC Star. As others have mentioned, the instructors are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had zero driving experience, and Mr. Ish did a phenomenal job teaching me everything I needed to successfully pass the road test, as well as provided great strategies for safe, defensive city-driving. On the day of my exam, Mr. Teddy excellently refreshed me on what I needed to know for the test. With all the great information I obtained from Mr. Ish & Mr. Teddy, I scored a 93% on the driver's assessment! Yay!
